Heating Instructions
Meals can be heated in a microwave or conventional oven.

| Oven | Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove lid and place container in the oven. | 15-20 minutes | 75°C |
Salads and desserts are intended to be enjoyed cold.

Store all meals refrigerated between 0-4°C.

Freezing: Most meals (excluding salads) can be frozen for up to two months, though we always recommend enjoying them fresh for optimal quality.
