For over two decades, Executive Chef Nicole Gelsi has honed her craft in some of Adelaide's and the Southern Coastal region's most acclaimed, award-winning restaurants. A culinary veteran of 23 years, Nicole's expertise is unparalleled.
In the last six years, she has further cemented her status by becoming a qualified trainer and assessor in cookery, ensuring her command of Food Prep, Nutrition, and Food Safety is truly second to none.
Beyond the professional kitchen, Nicole's life is driven by discipline and wellness: her cherished family, a rigorous commitment to bodybuilding and fitness training, and the structure of disciplined food routines. This holistic approach is the foundation of Blue Jasmin's food philosophy.
Director / Sales: Matt Gelsi
Matt Gelsi is a seasoned leader with 16 years in the highly competitive Food & Wine Industry. His specific expertise lies in Food Hygiene and Safety, backed by a certification in packaging and a Diploma in Leadership & Management. Matt brings invaluable knowledge of food and wine logistics, ensuring a seamless operation from sourcing to delivery.
Adding a unique dimension to the business, Matt also possesses 10 years of experience in Event and People Management within the vibrant music and arts industry, ensuring Blue Jasmin is poised to handle any function with professional flair.
When not leading the business, Matt dedicates himself to his family, creative pursuits like writing and recording music, and maintaining a disciplined life through sports, fitness, and martial arts.
